Shipping charges are added to your merchandise total according to weight and zone to which it is being delivered. Louisiana residents also add 8% sales tax. All of our shipping charges include a signature confirmation. Please e-mail us if you would like to waive the signature requirement. Once you waive the signature requirement, you accept the responsibility and proof of delivery provided by Fedex and USPS should the package get stolen or lost, etc. You waive your right to hold us responsible.

Please also note that per Fedex and USPS policies, shipping charges for delayed express deliveries due to weather conditions are not refundable!! USPS & Fedex 2 Day and next day services to West Coast, Alaska & Hawaii will differ from above charges. USPS & Fedex considers all US territories such as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands as international destinations. Therefore, domestic USPS & Fedex shipping charges are not applicable. You will be contacted with a rate quote.

During holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter etc., deliveries may take longer, so we do advise our customers to consider this fact before placing their order if you have a deadline. The orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Service or Fedex depending on the size of your order. Normal orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days not including weekends or holidays. Group orders take anywhere from 3 – 6 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Please note that USPS is not a guaranteed service. Though rare, delays may occur by United States Postal Service which is beyond our control. If you must have the item once it is completed, within next day, second day or third day, then USPS & Fedex shipping options are also available for you. We will adjust the shipping charge to your merchandise order.

Please remember shipments are made during business days not weekends. Shipments for next day delivery made on Fridays would be delivered on Mondays not Saturdays. Saturdays deliveries are also available on certain areas by Fedex or USPS.  Additional charges will apply. Please inform us if you need your shipment to be delivered on Saturdays.

International Destinations

We ship to all international destinations including the common Canada, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa.

Fedex considers all US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands as international destinations. Therefore, domestic Fedex shipping charges are not applicable. You may be contacted with a rate quote for actual charges.

International orders will be billed actual shipping charges. Upon request, we can inform you the actual shipping charges prior to ordering. We usually ship USPS AIR PARCEL which is the most economical way of shipping. To most destinations, it should deliver within 2 weeks. The delivery time for this service is not guaranteed by the service provider. Only Express services are guaranteed delivery services. We ship via DHL or FedEx for express orders.
